Dr. Tracy Lynn
Holds a PhD in Management with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Behavior. Her research interests center around career mobility patterns of aspiring female leaders. She has spent the last 30 years leading others in organizations that range from, specialty retail, to big box retail, and most recently within the last 11 years as an administrator in higher education. She has taught in the community college system, in the private university sector and has educated managers looking to promote in the grocery field. Dr. Tracy Lynn has expertise in helping colleagues maximize their abilities. She possesses savviness through her motivational and inspirational persona to help elevate others through her unique coaching, training and development style. She has identified highly talented individuals and promoted many colleagues over the years which she recalls as the highlights of her career. She has achieved world class engagement scores of her workforce several years in a row. Now, she wants to share what she has learned to help individuals and organizations reach their potential and meet their goals and objectives.
